Das Institut für Neue Kulturtechnologien/t0 beschäftigt sich seit Beginn der 1990er Jahre mit zentralen Fragen der Informationsgesellschaften und bildet eine internationale Kompetenz-Plattform für eine kritische Nutzung von Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien.

The networked exchange of Knowledge and the free access to information and educational resources are important prerequisites for the future of democracy, culture and society. Since the early 1990's the Institute for New Culture Technologies/t0 investigates the key questions of information societies and built an international competence platform for the critical use of Information and communication technologies.
